Family Shiny - Akatarawa Forest Membership Qualification trip - REGISTRATION CLOSED

NOTE: Limited numbers and restricted participation.

This trip is specifically for prospective club members who are waiting to complete their 3rd membership qualification trip but have to date been unsuccessful in registering for such a trip due to the demand on trips currently being experienced.

There will only be 5 places available for this trip and prospective members can only participate if they have already completed 2 trips with us (signed off on the membership application form) and are NOT currently registered for a trip with the club that would enable them to complete membership qualification requirements of 3 trips.

If you meet the requirements above, you can apply to participate in this trip by forwarding the details listed below by using the "Contact Us" feature on the front page of the website.

If you qualify you will then be forwarded a "Registration Code" that will allow you to complete the registration process.

Please advise:

• Name
• Contact phone number
• Dates and names (location) of the 2 previous trips you have completed with the club. This is essential so we can confirm the trips you have already completed.

Spaces on the trip will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

CCVC Members:

This trip will not be opened to the general membership as it specifically targeted at allowing prospective members to join the club by participating in the qualification trip and therefore the number of participating club members will be very limited.
